These Terms of Use govern your use of Hackflow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Hackflow lets you create flashcard decks and study them. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide a valid email address so you can recover access if needed.
Your content
You own the decks, cards, and tags you create. By using Hackflow, you grant us the limited right to store and display that content as needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you create and must have the right to use it.
Public decks
If you make a deck public, anyone with its link can view and study it. You can change a deck back to private at any time.
Connected apps and API
You may connect third-party assistants or your own integrations to Hackflow via OAuth or a personal API key. You are responsible for the connections you authorize and for keeping your API key secret; actions taken through a connection are treated as your own. Third-party assistants are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside our control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hackflow for anything illegal, infringing, or abusive, and not to disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
Intellectual property
The Hackflow name, design, and software belong to us. These terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or code.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Hackflow and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Hackflow is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hackflow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the place where the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
